Eye Exams for Children
Did you know that classroom learning is 80% visual? Make sure your child has healthy eyes and good vision to ensure a solid foundation for learning. Annual eye exams are important to monitor visual development and to ensure that eye disorders such as strabismus (turned eye) or amblyopia (lazy eye) are detected at an early stage.
OHIP covers annual eye exams for children from birth to 19 years of age. Scarborough Eye Care has all the latest equipment and child-friendly tests to ensure a comfortable and thorough eye exam for kids of all ages.
